Among the different pages in the PSE ALUMNI website or forms related to the PSE ALUMNI activities, we may have to collect information you have given to us about your personal situation, professional and academic background, the groups you have joined, as well as other information that can be collected.
These information we gather are necessary for you to have access to the members’ area. They will be informatically processed and will be received by the PSE Alumni office.
When paying a donation or a contribution to an event, other information may be collected in order to ensure that your donation or contribution is properly taken into account.
In order to provide you with a quality service, we are also obliged to keep information on the emails you received, read or clicked, on the dates you logged into the website.
You can control what data is displayed in the online directory from your private space. All other data are intended for the administrators of the website (members of the PSE ALUMNI office and staff of the PSE Foundation).
In accordance with the European Data Protection Regulations, you have the right to access and correct information about you. If you wish to exercise this right, if you wish to erase your account or some information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
